At Glowthcs, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely and in excellent condition. We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and most remote areas serviced by our courier partners.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 3–7 working days

• Other Areas: 2–5 working days

• Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are generally dispatched after order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, Glowthcs may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please provide an active phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, you may receive a confirmation message or call. Orders are processed and dispatched after confirmation.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you may receive tracking details where available.

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or refuses to receive a confirmed order, the parcel may be returned to Glowthcs.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address or customer-related delivery failure.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your parcel upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, broken, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect items, we may request clear photographs or videos of the parcel and product to verify the issue.

Claims should preferably be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume sale periods, security situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
